It's now the end of August, last Saturday we went in to inquire about what we can do since it's obvious we're never getting the 5th rim.. again they lied and said the 5th rim would be ordered and be here Wednesday- it's Saturday and this associate called this morning basically telling us that yes it's been BS what they have been telling us about the order of the 5th rim and he told my us that "since can't pay the product to drop them off". I have contacted the BBB and still they have yet to get a response from this location. They put tires that should have never been on the car because they were not made to carry the payload of his car and put stock lugnuts on that were only able to thread about quarter of the way. This is the WORST tire renting place I have ever been to in my LIFE.
